Do you not like what your receipt lines currently look like? Then you are in the right place! You can edit the receipt lines directly in the application as they suit you. You can currently use up to ten lines on each of your accounts. If you ask us about our experience, then we will tell you that traders usually use up to five lines, where they usually have:

  • 1. row - Company name

  • 2. row - Street and address

  • 3. row - City and ZIP code

  • 4. row - web sites

  • 5. row - phone number

Additional lines can be used, for example, to enter your ID number or VAT number. Of course, there are no limits to your creativity, just keep in mind that you should have a company name and address on each receipt.

Once you have entered the new data, tap the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen. We will process your data and usually the changes will be reflected in your receipts within one day.

Why does it take a day?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, it is not possible to make changes immediately - it could happen that the receipt could be issued under a company other than the actual company. Therefore, every change will be checked by our colleagues to ensure that everything is in order.
